Description
CO₂ Laser Coding Machine.
A compact CO₂ laser coding system for permanent, non-contact marking on suitable packaging and product materials. It can mark batch numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, product codes, serial numbers, text, logos, barcodes and QR codes without ink or ribbon.
The system is designed for production environments where space is limited and direct product marking is preferred. It can be integrated with a conveyor or packaging line using suitable sensors, encoders, product guides, beam protection, exhaust equipment and safety interlocks.
The final marking result depends on the material, colour, coating, message size, production speed, lens and selected laser configuration. Testing the actual product or packaging before installation is recommended.

CO₂ laser coders are commonly used for permanent marking on packaging substrates such as paper, cardboard, glass and selected plastics. Different wavelengths may be chosen for particular packaging materials, including PET and certain films.
Product Features :
No ink or ribbon Required
The laser creates the mark directly on the product or packaging. This removes ink and ribbon consumption for the marking process. The system still requires routine inspection, optics care, safety checks and suitable extraction where the application produces fumes or particles.
Non-contact marking:
The laser does not touch the product. Depending on the material and process settings, it can create a surface colour change, remove a coating or produce a shallow mark.
Production-line integration :
The machine can be configured for online operation with suitable product sensors, encoders, conveyor connections, product guides and message-selection controls. The final setup depends on the product movement and line arrangement.
Digital message creation:
The control software can be used to create messages containing text, dates, logos, batch information and selected machine-readable codes. Software name and functions should be confirmed for the supplied configuration.
Compact installation:
The compact format can be useful where the production line has limited space. A suitable stand, mounting arrangement, beam protection and exhaust system may be required.
