MX2 Pro Inkjet Coding Device
The MX2 Pro Inkjet Coding Device is an industrial TIJ (Thermal Inkjet) batch coding and date marking machine designed for high-quality printing of variable information on products and packaging. It can print text, dates, batch numbers, serial numbers, logos, QR codes and barcodes on a wide range of surfaces, making it suitable for manufacturing, packaging, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, electronics and industrial applications.
Powered by a TIJ 2.5 thermal foaming nozzle, the MX2 features a 5-inch touchscreen interface, Linux operating system, quad-core processor and maximum resolution of up to 600 DPI. The system supports multiple languages and can store more than 1,000 messages, while each message can contain up to 2,000 characters.
The MX2 Pro supports printing on wood, pouch film, metal, paper, glass, carton board, plastic, stone, pipes, cables, electronic components, fibre board, aluminium foil and other industrial materials. Its compact aluminium-alloy construction and online mounting capability make it suitable for integration with production and packaging lines.
The machine supports USB, photoelectric and RS232 interfaces and has a power consumption of approximately 30 W. The specified operating environment is 0°C to 45°C, with recommended conditions around 20°C–30°C and 40%–60% RH humidity.
